Salesforce Bolsters AI Capabilities with Regrello Acquisition
Salesforce (NYSE:CRM) has agreed to acquire Regrello, an AI-native automation platform specializing in transforming complex business data into agentic workflows. The deal, expected to close in Salesforce’s fiscal Q3, aligns with the company’s strategy to enhance workplace productivity through AI integration. Regrello’s technology will be integrated into Salesforce’s Agentforce platform and Slack, enabling businesses to automate tasks and streamline collaboration.
Steve Fisher, Salesforce’s chief product officer, emphasized the acquisition’s role in addressing fragmented tools and manual workflows that hinder critical processes. The transaction will be funded from cash reserves, with no impact on Fiscal 2026 guidance or capital returns.
Agentforce, Salesforce’s agentic AI platform, is designed to improve customer experience by deploying AI agents across sales, service, and marketing functions. The platform leverages Salesforce’s Data Cloud to deliver seamless automation without human intervention.
